Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING
On all purchases there is FREE Worldwide Shipping. Purchasers may opt to pay an additional HK$50 for a traceable / registered post option available. Currently there is no ‘speed post’ option but if desired this cost can be quoted upon (due to COVID-19).
RETURNS
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See Refunds below.
To start a return/refund, you can contact us at bags@mykeeka.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at bags@mykeeka.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to get the correct perfect product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned to mykeeka, these include: if you have used your product (once or multiple times); if you have not used it but no longer have the packaging items it came with being its tags and its original packaging; and through any usage (be it once or multiple times) or non-usage it has any noticeable marks or is visibly damaged (that mykeeka were not initially highlighted to under this returns policy – i.e. 30 days from its purchase date have passed).
As always, we are wanting to be reasonable about our product so please get in touch with us at bags@mykeeka.comif you have questions or concerns about your specific item/claim. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items purchased, their sale is final once completed (save any manufacturers defaults).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase / request for the new item. Mykeeka will happily swap unused in their original packaging and condition like products for different variants of the same product. I.e. A perfect pink original-mykeeka for a slate grey original-mykeeka. That we can do. Any exchanges that wish to make use a purchase credit for another product will have to pay any cost difference between the items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the claim was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
